Faysal Q teaming up with Iman Ali for the Rafay Rashidi production, Baadshah Begum. Faisal reveals, talking to Images about it, (We’re in the initial stage right now, working on the script and characters, lots of other things. Faysal Qureshi Says, I’m very excited, Iman Ali and I are working together for the first time, the cast also includes Imran Ashraf and Gohar Rasheed.)
(We’ve been in talks for a while and now that it’s been announced & is properly happening, we’re all on board and happy,” he says.
Baadshah Begum is about sibling rivalry, and power struggles within an family and community. The plot revolves around themes of inheritance, family politics, gender inequality and male dominance. Faysal Qureshi’s character will be playing an arch villain in the story, which has been written by Saji Gul of O Rangrezafame.
Series will tentatively come out some time after month of October but no release date has been revealed about it.
